What is a Sacrament and how does Holy Baptism fit that criteria? Is baptism a work of man, i.e. a church tradition we carry out to offer or prove something to God? Or is it a gracious gift through which God distributes His greatest gifts to people? How you answer that question will take you down one of two very different paths. What we'll see tonight is that Baptism is all grace, all gift, all comfort and because that's the case, we strive to give that gift to everyone we can, yes, even including our children.
